return & exchange policy

thank you so much for being here, and supporting my work. every single purchase supports my creative journey, and allows me to keep creating and supporting my family by this artwork. thank you all for allowing me to live my dream.

no returns or exchanges

due to the nature of the vintage fabric i am selling, i do not accept returns or exchanges. here's why:

• vintage, and antique items: these items come to me second hand and old. by purchasing you are accepting that you acknowledge that these items are aged and thus may or may not have smells or dye residue on them from before i acquired the product. 

before your purchase, please:

• review all product descriptions, and photos carefully
• contact me with any questions before placing your order 
• understand that vintage and second-hand items will show natural signs of wear

damaged or incorrect items:

while we don't accept returns, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at toadfriesen@proton.me, or on instagram (@naoshiimasu). i will be happy to work with you to find a solution!
